December 1st, 2016, 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm, at the SAP Center in San Jose, CA

Lineup: Hailee Steinfeld, Diple, The Chainsmokers, Charlie Puth, Tove Lo, Alessia Cara, Lukas Graham, Daya, and Niall Horan.

The lineup originally featured Shawn Mendes until he became sick the day of the show and Hailee Steinfeld took his place.

The arena was very professional and clean and staffed with employees who were nice and interacted with the concert goers. There was no pushing in lines and the security was quick. There was an upbeat vibe that made everyone excited. On top of having respectful employees at the arena Macy’s and other companies were giving away free stuff like hats, reindeer antlers, scarves, candy canes, and necklaces.

The performance was incredible. All of the acts performed 3-4 each. Daya performed first, as people were still filling into the arena. She was a perfect pick to open because she is not as well known as others but still has two well known songs. A few more artists played and then Niall Horan came out for just over 5 minutes. Niall was personally the reason I bought my ticket since I am a huge One Direction Fan. They heavily advertised his performance which was worth every penny. However, because of how much they did advertise his appearance he should have been on stage for much longer. Charlie Puth later came out and performed an incredible performance. He added personality to his songs and had humor when he talked to the crowd. He sounded even better live than on his record. Hailee Steinfeld pulled off an incredible performance. She had enthusiasm and was a perfect replacement for Shawn Mendes. After another performance or two The Chainsmokers performed as the last act. They finished the show off with a bang. All of the artists brought so much enthusiasm out to their performances and put together an unbelievable show. An amazing performance that that I would highly recommend to anyone.
